City Lights SF accepts General Returns on most of our products within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable can not be returned and will be noted on the product page. The heart and soul of this brand is designer Roy Johnson, who brings his extensive background in industrial arts, having earned his Bachelor of Science degree in the field. Roy’s passion for design and craftsmanship is evident in every piece produced at Ray’s Lighting. His commitment to clear, simple lines that are both decorative and functional lends each product a handmade, artisanal quality. As an active part of the production team, Roy not only designs but also contributes to the hands-on process of creating each fixture. Operating out of Watsonville, CA, Ray’s Lighting takes pride in employing local artisans and using a blend of vintage and state-of-the-art machinery. Every product is crafted in-house, utilizing techniques like glass bending, fusing, sandblasting, metal fabrication, iron forging, metal casting, and woodworking.
